RETURN POLICY
With a flexible 30-day standard return policy, you can shop with ease at Caya Diamonds LLP. If you're unsatisfied with your jewelry for absolutely any reason, please call us. From exchanges to adjustments, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
If you need to return an item, simply follow the directions below for a hassle-free, no-questions-asked experience - and no restocking fee.
RETURN PROCESS
Call us at +1 – 917-635-9913 for your unique return authorization (RA) number within 30 days of your purchase. You must have an RA number to return your item.
Write or type the RA number on your shipping label or the outside of the package. Please note that your RA number must be visible or we will not accept your return and it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
To avoid damage, wrap securely with packaging equal to the original shipping box.
Insure for the full purchase price. It is also advisable to obtain proof of delivery, such as a return receipt. Please be aware that Joseph Schubach Jewelers does not refund return shipping charges.
Always use new shipping packaging to return your item, do not re use the packaging your item was sent in.
Please allow up to one week after receipt of your return for credit card and personal check refunds.
Exceptions and Limitations
1. Returns after the 30-day return period will not be credited or refunded.
2. Special and custom orders or items that have been altered or worn are not returnable.
3. Items with security tags removed, whether worn or not, are not returnable.
